The deadline for the full receipt of bids is 12.00 noon on Friday 16th December 2011.Unfortunately bids still in transit at that time will not be allowed. Assuming that your bid arrives on time then you will receive an automatic confirmation that this has indeed occurred. All bids must be lodged online.
