You will want to know what happens once your bid is submitted. And it’s this:

• The scoring will be complete within 14 days
• At that point the shortlist will be decided and approved by a panel, and shortlisted bidders will be notified of their status
• After 14 days any bidder on the shortlist may be approached and asked to demonstrate, immediately, that they do indeed already source a product or service which is a close match with requirements
• After 28 days the contract will ordinarily be awarded
• At that point unsuccessful bidders will be informed
