Once you enter your entire bid, you’ll have provided 3 responses. These will be:

5.1 Template to complete
5.2 Bid autocalculator
5.3 The necessary documentation including proof of a suitable existing solution

We shall not share any of this information with any 3rd party. Indeed, ultimately only data collected on the successful bidder will be retained for future reference.

Yet the data collected in 5.2 on the autocalculator will be pooled. This will allow us to determine AM (Arithmetic Mean) figures using data from all bidders that will reflect the consensus of opinion on what the contract, and similar contracts, should cost to deliver. This is useful for future budgeting as a predictive tool and will allow us to achieve better value for money in future.
